Our solutions

All our contracts are backed by a notary public, which guarantees their validity and formality. We work with various local notary public offices to offer our clients a fast and reliable service.

Each document is reviewed and authenticated by a professional notary, ensuring that each agreement complies with current legal regulations. In this way, we provide peace of mind to our clients, since they know that their interests are protected and that they have the support of a recognized entity.

What is the function of the Notary Public in Mexico?

He is a legal professional, invested with public faith by the State, who provides legal security and certainty in the acts and facts that he attests to with full autonomy in his decisions.

The notary, through a public instrument, exercises his function independently of the public power and individuals, being in charge of interpreting, drafting and giving legal form to documents such as a public deed, attests to a legal act such as a contract; or certifies a legal fact, such as a notification or a statement of facts; he preserves and reproduces the instrument, thus providing security and peace of mind to the society he serves.

How does corruption affect local companies and foreign investment?

In our commitment to Mexico's economic development, we are not only dedicated to protecting foreign companies, but we also place special emphasis on safeguarding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These SMEs are essential for job creation in the country, as they represent a large part of the national business fabric.

According to INEGI, there are approximately four million SMEs in Mexico that play a crucial role in the country's economy, generating 72% of employment and contributing 52% to the national GDP. However, a significant challenge they face is the high failure rate, as nearly 33% of these businesses close in their first year and only 35% manage to survive beyond five years.

One of the factors that aggravates this situation is corruption, especially in the case of larger SMEs, which often lack transparency in their contracts. This lack of clarity not only affects their competitiveness, but also hinders the growth and creation of new smaller companies, discouraging foreign investment and thus limiting the potential of the business ecosystem in the country.
